Technical Service at Santa Lúcia Mill

In February, Luis Henrique Camargo, Product Manager, attended the Santa Lucia Mill, in Araras, SP, requested by the Plant Manager, to guide them in the installation of a Density and Concentration Transmitter DT300x in a new process of juice preparation for Fermentation. In this occasion it was glimpsed the opportunity to test, still in the 2023 crop, a DT300x in the density measurement in the Dorna Continuous Fermentation. Santa Lúcia Mill has several Smar instruments installed in its plant, for example in the Fermentation, Cooking, and Evaporation processes.
