Nova Smar participates in ARC Advisory Group Europe 2025

ARC Europe took place from May 5 to 7, 2025 in Sitges, Barcelona, Spain. It is the annual event of the Industry Forum and its theme was One Step Beyond, How to Active Next Level Production.

Smar is a global sponsor of the ARC's, which take place on several continents: North America, Europe, Asia and India. Luciano Botto, product intelligence manager, was representing Smar at the event and at the OPAF - Open Process Automation Standad conferences, where he gave a talk entitled “Marketing and communication strategy to promote O-PAS technology”.

In his presentation, he highlighted the importance of academia in this process, as well as research centers and strategic partnerships. Some of the partners mentioned were: Senai, Federal Institutes and others.

The major tool for disseminating this technology is the Road Show entitled: OPAS the standard of standards and Industry 4.0. The event aims to travel the world with a one-day road show where professionals, teachers and academics can experience the standard system.

The event is highly strategic, as it brings together a highly technical audience that dictates the direction of new technologies.
