IR290

4 to 20mA Remote Indicator

IR290 is a field equipment connected in series with a 4 to 20 mA equipment that displays on the LCD the current or the characterization of said current according to the unit chosen by the user facilitating the visualization of the process variable. It makes it easier to visualize measurements in equipment without the LCD display or even if they are located in difficult access spots.

Power Supply

Power supply through 4 to 20 mA current loop. The IR290 is connected in series with the 4 to 20 mA signal about to be measured.

Input Impedance

150 Ohm.

Accuracy

0,1%.

Temperature effect

0,1%/20 ºC.

Configuration

Through local adjustment, where the user can choose the unit, the 100% and 0% proportional values of the measured current, calibrate the input current, restore the factory data.

Indication

LCD display of 4½ numerical digits and 5 alpha-numerical characters (Liquid crystal).

Housing Material

Injected aluminum with low copper content and finishing with polyester paint or stainless steel 316 with Buna N O-Rings on cover (NEMA 4X, IP67).

Temperature Limits

Process: -20 to 75 ºC;
Storage: -40 to 85 ºC.

Humidity Limit

0 to 100 % RH.

Mounting

With an optional mounting bracket it can be installed on a 2” tube or fixed on the wall or the panel.

Weight

0.99 kg.
