Employees from Usina Porto Rico trained at Nova Smar

Employees from Usina Porto Rico, located in Campo Alegre/AL, attended training at Nova Smar's unit V on May 12, 13, 14 and 16, 2025. Antonio Carlos Alves Almeida, development designer, gave LC800 controller training, as well as José Alberto Coretti, product manager, who gave Hart line training, and Geraldo Sérgio Zanarotti, product manager, who gave hardware and interface training for Nova Smar's line of equipment.

On the third day of training, the employees had the opportunity to visit Nova Smar's unit III to see how the factory is set up, accompanied by José Alberto Coretti, as well as Paulo Cesar Moreno Dal Bem, production coordinator, and Carlos Alberto Moi, electronics production specialist.

“The training was very didactic, so everyone who attended was very attentive, they gave us all the information, answered all the questions we had, so the course was very clear. We came here knowing very little about the LC800, but we're leaving here with a great deal to learn and that we'll be able to develop in our day-to-day work, while also opening up support for the staff. So we're very grateful that Smar opened its doors and accepted us here for the training.
