SMAR Visits SENAI

On June 30th, Ricardo Argolo (Executive Director), and Francisco Valini (Human Resources Coordinator), were at SENAI "Ettore Zanini" School in Sertãozinho, SP, to meet Mr. Rafael Henrique de Melo Cunha, current Director of the institution, who, accompanied by Mr. Marcelo Bailo Rolim, Technical Activities Coordinator, in which opportunity several subjects of mutual interest were discussed.
We were invited to learn about the free consulting work in Digital Transformation in the industry, about the training strategy for employees with advice from the institution with a focus directed at results, whether for strategy, growth, improvement, updating, etc.
We visited some of the institution's laboratories, some of which are undergoing improvements and upgrades, and met several participants in national and international vocational education competition events, such as WorldSkills. Learn more: https://worldskills.org/
And finally, we were shown through special glasses the applications they are developing using Augmented Reality technology in the continuous process industry.
