Nova Smar Offers Workplace Ergonomics Training for Employees

On October 6 and 7, 2026, Nova Smar S/A held a Workplace Ergonomics Training session focused on Regulatory Standard No. 17 (NR 17). The initiative was organized by the company’s Occupational Medicine and Safety Department and led by physical therapist Gabriela Soldera Pignata, with activities conducted at the employees’ own workplaces.

The training aimed to share knowledge about ergonomics and raise employees’ awareness of the importance of movement, posture, and the organization of work activities in promoting health and well-being.

During the sessions, employee participation, questions, and comments contributed to the exchange of knowledge and a practical approach to topics related to workplace ergonomics.

Health and Prevention in the Workplace

In her remarks about the experience, physical therapist Gabriela Soldera Pignata highlighted the participants’ receptiveness and the importance of conveying information in a way that is clear and applicable to their professional routines.

She also emphasized the importance of initiatives that demonstrate concern for employees, recognizing that investing in health, prevention, and well-being shows that the company values its people.

Commitment to Employees
