Smar participated in the 15th Visão Agro Centro-Sul Awards

Smar participated in the 15th Visão Agro Centro-Sul Awards, which took place on July 14, 2026, at Espaço Beira Rio in Piracicaba, São Paulo. The company won the award in the Industrial Automation category, which was accepted by CEO Libânio Carlos de Souza. The recognition highlights the company’s contribution to the modernization, efficiency, and digitization of industrial processes related to agribusiness.

Since 2007, the Visão Agro Centro-Sul Award has recognized companies, professionals, and leaders who have distinguished themselves through their work in strategic areas of the agro-industrial chain. The initiative highlights projects, technologies, and solutions that contribute to advancing productivity, sustainability, and competitiveness in the sector.

This edition brought together more than 350 professionals—including business owners, executives, government officials, and representatives from the bioenergy sector—for an evening dedicated to recognizing production facilities, suppliers, and leaders who contribute to the advancement of agribusiness in Brazil and around the world.

The ceremony underscored the leading role of Brazil Central-South region and highlighted initiatives related to innovation, efficiency, sustainability, management, and competitiveness.
