Nova Smar took part in The Open Group Summit

Nova Smar participated in The Open Group Summit, held from October 28 to 31, 2024 at the Hyatt Regency Houston West in Houston, Texas, USA. The event was attended by Libanio Carlos de Souza, CEO of Nova Smar, Mateus Favaron, Automation Specialist, and Luciano Botto, Product Manager.

The Open Group Summit brought together renowned experts, industry leaders and experienced professionals in the fields of AI and open source for high-level discussions, the exchange of valuable experiences and the sharing of in-depth knowledge.

One of the highlights was the special session “The O-PAS™ Standard Road Show: Standard of Standards and Industry 4.0”, led by the Nova Smar team. This session presented new technologies developed on the basis of the standards defined by O-PAS, as well as offering a practical hands-on opportunity.

Participants were able to experience first-hand the technologies discussed throughout the event, reinforcing Nova Smar's role as a leader in the promotion and application of O-PAS technology.
