Nova Smar participates in event at Cenpes Petrobrás

Nova Smar visited the Leopoldo Américo Miguez de Mello Research and Development Center (Cenpes) in Rio de Janeiro on October 21, 2025. The company was represented by Vitor Fernando Lascala, systems technology agent, and Elcio Rocha Pinto, sales representative, accompanied by Roger Chiarelli, Instrumatic Sales representative for Nova Smar in the region.

During the event, a lecture was held covering Smar product portfolio and technological trends in Automation, including the O-PAS standard and Smar recent launches: the AC500 Compact Electric Actuator and the LD290 M7 700 Bar Pressure Transmitter.

The visit also featured an exhibition of the line of O-PAS-compatible Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and the LD290 M7 700 Bar transmitter.
