GASTECH EXHIBITION & CONFERENCE 2022

NOVA SMAR participated in the Brazilian delegation at GASTECH 2022, the world's largest integrated conference and exhibition for the global gas, LNG, hydrogen and low carbon solutions industries held in Milan, Italy, September 5th to 8th. The Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency (APEXBRASIL) led the delegation composed of executives from PETROBRAS, the National Petroleum Agency (ANP), the Brazilian Petroleum Institute (IBP), the Energy Research Company (EPE) and FIRJAN/ONIP, as well as nine participating companies with the objective of promoting investment opportunities and developing strategic partnerships.

The program included the inauguration of the national Pavilion on Monday, September 5th, with the participation of the Ambassador of Brazil in Milan, Hadil Fontes da Rocha Vianna, as well as representatives from APEXBRASIL and the companies.

Italian investments outside Europe are growing at an accelerated rate of 8% per year, increasing the share from 33% to 48% of the total that Italy invests in the world from 2013 to 2022. According to our Intelligence team, this represents a share, still below the average for European countries, which is 55% of investments outside the European continent.

During the four days of the event, several contacts were made, expanding the relationship opportunities in all continents interested in doing business using the SMAR brand.
