Employees of the Rio do Cachimbo Distillery underwent training at Nova Smar

Employees from the Rio do Cachimbo Distillery, located in João Pinheiro, Minas Gerais, attended training at Nova Smar's Unit V from November 25 to 27, 2025. Antonio Carlos Alves Almeida, development designer, taught the LC800 controller training course, while Geraldo Sérgio Zanarotti, product manager, taught the hardware and interface training course for Nova Smar's equipment line.

On the second day of training, employees had the opportunity to visit Nova Smar's Unit III to see the factory facilities, accompanied by Antonio Almeida, as well as Rodrigo Cesar Andrade, transducer production leader; Carlos Alberto Moi, electronic production specialist; and Jairo Augusto Bomfim, service supervisor for overhauls.

"A very useful training session. Our team is here in large numbers trying to make the most of it and absorb as much information as possible. It is very important for us to try to introduce all these situations that are being raised for us here at the company.
