The LC700 is the seventh generation of controllers from Smar, and our experience from a wide range of industries is reflected in this device. Since its introduction it has been successfully field proven in many simple and complex installations in a wide range of industries, e.g., petrochemical, water treatment, pharmaceutical, food industry, sugar mill, power plants, pollution control among others.
 
This training module covers the LC700 general functions, programming tool and product general maintenance procedures as well.
 
The participant will be able to

  • Know LC700 hardware structure and the I/O modules available
  • Apply the LC700 software configuration Tool
  • Program CONF700 LADDER Logic with function blocks support
  • Configure LC700 programmable controller for redundant applications
  • Configure LC700 using MODBUS RTU & TCP/IP communication
  • Apply LC700 TagList and OPC standard for system supervision
  • Understand the LC700 maintenance tools and procedures
